If this bleak winter has your craving foamy, fruity and perfectly chilled (mmm) bridal shower beverages, look no further than Bridezilla’s favorite new libation: The Barracuda. Not only do we of course love the man-eating moniker, just behold what an icy, self-contained pillar of chicness this drink is. We have to say, it’s Bridezilla in a glass! Here’s how to make one:
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4ounce grenadine
3 to 5 ounce chilled champagne
Directions:
Shake all ingredients but the champagne with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass or into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne, lift to your lips and emit your best ” Oooh Barracuda!” (Sorry, we couldn’t resist!)
